Can’t get your issue resolved?
What happens if Plusnet can’t resolve your issue?
Well, as a consumer, there are three things you need to be aware of; all goods and services must be fit for purpose, they must be delivered as promised, and provided to a proper standard of workmanship.
In short, your broadband needs to actually, y’know…work.
If you’re not happy, for any reason, you can cancel at any time – providing you stick to the cancellation terms laid out in your contract. Bear in mind, though, that if you terminate your contract whilst still in your minimum term, you could incur a hefty charge.

Still not happy?
So, you’ve taken just about all you can take. It’s time to bid farewell to your current provider.
Before you do, here’s a couple of things you should do:
- First, set some time aside to compare the best broadband deals.
- Second, find out when your current contract ends.
- Finally, it’s important to research competitors to find the best package for you.
